To promote and deliver high quality health care in an environment that supports compassion, respect, and honest provider-patient communication;

To practice cost effective health care in the patient's best interest;

To provide access to current and innovative medical approaches through highly-skilled, well-trained family physicians;

To promote and maintain high standards among physicians in the Durham Family Medicine practice;

To provide members of the under-served and elderly communities equal access to cost effective, quality patient care;

To promote patient education in an effort to decrease chronic illnesses and complications related to serious health diseases such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and;

To increase primary care access in order to decrease the use of emergency departments and urgent cares as an alternative to a patient's medical home.
